Dr. Michelle Eslami founded Westside Geriatrics to provide a more personalized solution to traditional medical care.

Dr. Eslami is passionate about providing holistic, person-centered care to older adults. With 30 years of experience, she approaches health and wellness by treating the whole person; taking into account physical, psychological, and lifestyle considerations.

Known for her kind and nurturing manner, Dr. Eslami takes the time to get to know her patients, so they feel comfortable addressing their health-related issues and needs.

Michelle Eslami, MD, FACP, CMD

Michelle Eslami, MD, FACP, CMD, is a UCLA Professor Emeritus of Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine and is affiliated with Providence St. John’s Health Center, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center.
